How XELIOS X-Drive works

With XELIOS X-Drive, you can create virtual drivers which use on the fly encryption.

The drive is 100% identical to a standard drive but has :
- A permanant automatic protection (all the information - files, documents... which are present in the drive are automatically encrypted in AES).
- A protection by authentication : because of PC Login Pro Suite 5, the user can reinforce the security of the X-Drive by associating an authentication peripheral from the Suite to gain access (either by fingerprint, smartcard or USB token).

Because XELIOS X-Drive is a component completely separate from PC Login Pro Suite 5, you can benefit from its Client/Server capacity. Thus, you can create in a few clicks your users X-Drives directly from the Active Directory of Microsoft.

- The functionality of XELIOS HiDiskSpeed provides a transparent usage for the user (the access speed of an X-Drive is identical to a standard hard disk).
